What are Emotion Cards?
Emotion cards are a resource that can be used to support children to recognise and regulate their emotions and feelings.
Why are emotion cards important?
More than ever, our children are experiencing unsettling times and it is important that as parents and educators we encourage our children to talk about how they feel!
What is included in each set?
There are 8 double sided cards included in each set. Each card has a picture of girl and a boy on either side expressing the same emotion. There are no labels for the emotions which will allow for open, honest conversations not limited by a specific feeling. Every set of cards comes in a cotton pouch.
